Customer Liaison Meetings
We encourage these as we believe they benefit both parties. If the customer has any issues with any aspect of our business relationship it provides the opportunity to discuss and agree an action plan. It also helps us to understand more the ongoing expectations of the customer and give us the opportunity to discuss how we can fulfil those expectations moving forward. In many instances these meetings include technical issues which help us to develop equipment which meets the market needs and within the Highways Agency specification requirements.
Sales Engineers
We have a number of experienced sales engineers who provide advice and support at depot level. These are based throughout the UK and are in contact with customers on a daily basis.
