General

Mobile battery powered 2 phase system comprising fixed signal heads, LED low consumption optics, with latest technology vehicle detection. A range of battery pack options provide up to 21 days continuous running. Compact, secure and totally silent operation make these units ideal for a wide range of traffic control applications.

Construction

Compact battery carriages with solid wheels and sliding handle. fixed signal heads with no external wiring connections. Low power consumption LED optics. Each signal head has a XL controller in the rear for improved site operation. The optional towing trailer, specifically designed to carry the equipment is fully galvanised, features a fixed lighting system, provision to carry road signs and winch system for safe loading.

Power Supply

Each battery carriage is able to house 4 x 12 volt or 4 x 6 volt blocks. The 12 volt battery specification depends on weight or capacity preferences. The 6 volt units are designed to remain in the carriage and charged in situ. Anderson style battery connectors reduce the risk of shorting.

Operation

2 phase, radio linked with menu driven keypads providing a quick set up with each half having the capability of being easily moved. Particularly suited for narrow roads, moving road works, surfacing or short duration jobs.
