Construction

Galvanised chassis, bolt on tub for easy replacement in the event of damage. Optional galvanised signs basket. Strong 750kg rated beam axle suspension. Main body features a diesel and oil catchment system which helps to prevent expensive spillages.

Equipment

The QS trailer will carry a complete 2 phase system using the ultra reliable Micro X 2 phase controller. With the option of going multiphase with the MK 10B controller providing 2, 3 and 4 phase operation.

Power Supply

On board low emission, single cylinder diesel engine having a close coupled brushless alternator. Providing 1000 watts of power sufficient to run multi headed junctions.

Operation

The QS has extremely low noise levels making it ideal for use in sensitive residential areas. Tested noise levels of 78 LWA we believe to be the lowest level for equipment of this type. Traditional plug and socket cable linking signals are easy to connect, with simple controller layouts and keyswitch engine control provide a quick solution to safe traffic control.
