General

A split trailer design with fixed signal heads and radio linking technology. Designed for use in a variety of applications. Quick set up time with an easy to follow keypad operation. With a silenced (optional), low emission diesel power supply, makes this a popular choice for many hire companies and construction site operators.

Construction

Galvanised chassis, detachable canopy and doors for easy replacement in the event of damage. Optional galvanised signs basket. Strong 750kg rated beam axle suspension. Main body features a diesel and oil catchment system which helps to prevent expensive spillages

Equipment

Each half trailer is self contained having an independent power supply, a single fixed signal head and detector having no exposed wiring. The XL controllers are conveniently located in the rear of each signal head for eye line setup and operation facing oncoming traffic flow.

Power Supply

Each half having a single cylinder air/oil cooled diesel engine providing a 12 volt DC supply fed through a battery. Keyswitch control with a hour meter and charging indicator. Long run fuel tank, approx. 7 days.

Total battery power is an option with on board battery packs and charger.

Operation

2 phase, radio linked with menu driven keypads providing a quick set up with each half having the capability of being easily moved. Particular applications being moving road works, surfacing or time restricted sites.
