Product Training

There are two stages of product training. The first is when a customer buys a set of Pike lights for the first time or existing customers purchase a system which they are not familiar with. In these instances we provide free product training which normally takes place at the customers premises.

This covers all aspects of ownership, operation and maintenance. The second stage is the provision of ongoing product training, typically for new engineers or those who may need a refresher on certain aspects of the equipment. These courses are held in our training facility, at our Birmingham head office. They are structured to the customers’ requirements and follow a formal training syllabus, developed in association with a number of end users. Companies receive a report on their attendees which provides valuable feedback for identifying future training requirements. Currently this day course is free and is restricted to 10 attendees and courses are normally held fortnightly.

Demonstrations

Quite often we accompany customers when they are asked to make presentations to their prospective customers. Our sales team are on hand for information and to demonstrate the equipment. Normally we provide new equipment as part of the service.
